BREAKFAST MEETING - "Grain Marketing after Brexit" 08.30am Astor Pavilion

Hosted by Fen Grain Kent, this Breakfast Meeting will be very relevant and informative to arable farmers.

Priority parking will be provided for those attendees arriving before 8am.

The Fengrain Kent team, this year again, are hosting a stand at Agri Expo, they will be found in the Maidstone exhibition hall and also for the first time have organised a Breakfast meeting in the Astor Pavilion with Jack Watts, recently taking up a new role with the NFU as their Chief Advisor, Combinable Crops. Jack will be presenting his vision for Combinable Cropping pre and post Brexit, focussing on the effects of Michael Gove’s recent announcement regarding farming subsidies post March 2019.

Fengrain have now been trading successfully in the county of Kent for just over two years, the satellite office based at Womenswold, has given the combinable crop growers of Kent another option in what is a rather congested grain market in the south east of England. With a broad spectrum of grain marketing tools available to help the modern marketeer spread their risk, capture added value to their grain and maintain a closer link to the end user.

Fengrain are well placed to offer a bespoke service to many growers ever changing circumstances, with this in mind, farm sizes can change for many with short notice, the Fengrain Kent team have a dedicated number of grain stores strategically placed around East Kent to help any growers that find themselves short of space at harvest time or do not have the ability to handle grain that might need conditioning to suit.

Please do talk to us if this is something we can help your business with.

Do come and see us on the 7th March to see how we can help you and your business.
